Orders & Shipping
Production time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us first so we can make sure that the jewelry can get there in time.
Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to cancel it, as it may be in production. Please email stylesbychp@gmail.com within 24 hours to make any changes on the order placed.
Lost Packages: If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package.
Once a package leaves we have no control over the package. StylesbyCHP is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
Return Policy
If, within 14 days of purchase date, you absolutely do not love your purchase then we will provide you with a merchandise credit. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition. Merchandise credit will not be refunded until the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be fully processed
Your merchandise credit must meet all of these criteria:
- Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
- All original packaging must be included.
- We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Damaged/Repair Policy
Items that arrive broken, please contact stylesbychp@gmail.com immediately for a replacement item to be sent to you. Any item that has an item defect and you would like to exchange must be reported within 15 days of purchase as well as unworn.
